noxious weeds
Noxious weeds are species classified as undesirable , noxious , harmful , exotic , injurious or poisonous , but not including endangered species. They are designated by law and therefore control is dictated by the regulatory agency in charge.
What are the two things State Noxious Weed Laws do?
State noxious weed laws defines a noxious weed (list), and confer legal authority to local governing bodies to manage noxious weeds on both public and private lands.
