When, upon arrival, a KNOWN recur situation exists, where quick, positive action will result in the saving of lives, the 2 OUT requirement can be waived.
- On scene personnel can see or hear victims
* Witnesses or family members verify that victims are still in the structure or atmosphere

- Complete SCBA bottle

- Search/guide rope or light rope

RIT ORGANIZATION
T.E.A.R.
T - Team Leader, responsible for integrity and accountability, communication to supervisor to determine necessary tactics
E - Extrication, responsible for freeing trapped FF, assists AIR with bottle switch over. Carry irons, wire cutters, other tools
A - Air, responsible to provide adequate air supply. Assist in carrying/removing trapped FF
R - Rope, deploys rope when RIT makes entry. Rope to carry FF. Hand light and extra set of irons.
