subject examples:
I have Algebra 2, French, and social studies, but not gym.
capitalize subjects that are languages (ALWAYS capitalize) or have a specific course name WITH A NUMBER
family examples:
Dad, Grandma Hepler likes it, but my mom and my Aunt Sally do not.
capitalize the person only if you are directly addressing the person or it’s used as a title
points of a compass examples:
Ed is from the South, from the northeast section of the city.
if the directions is a NOUN then it is capitalized, but if it’s used as anything else it is not capitalized
title examples:
The article “The Look into Schools” was interesting.
capitalize every important word in a title except small words (like articles, prepositions, or conjunctions), unless it is the first or last word of the title
