harassment

unwelcome conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with job performance, or creating an intimidating (hotfull), hostile (fientlig), or offensive working environment

money damages awarded in cases of intentional discrimination that are designed to punish the employer and deter other employers from discriminating

unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal or physical conduct of a sexual nature that explicitly or implicitly (underförstått) interferes with a person’s employment, unreasonably interferes with her/his work performance, or creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive work environment
