Can an A330 be dispatched with inop jumpseat?

Answer 4

IF:
1. Affected jumpseat no occupied
2. JS can be stowed or secured in retracted postion
3. If MEL doesn’t give alternate seat. FA will either occupy operative adjacent JS or most accessible pax aisle seat in row directly forward or aft of assigned js.
4. If pax seat, seat must be placarded CREW ONLY & seat not occupied by pax during flight
