A
Use Cockcroft-Gault formula:
Cr Clearance = (140-age) * Weight / ( 72 * Cr)
Women - Multiply with 0.85
Good when CCT > 60
For low CCT better use MORD formula

Proteinuria limits?

A

0-30 mg / 24 hours - NormoAlbuminuria
30-300 mg / 24 hours - MicroAlbuminuria
Above 300 mg / 24 hours - MacroAlbuminuria

Proteinuria is an independant Risk Factor for Atheroscelrosis (Endothelial Disease)
