Mishap reporting- immediately report to supervisor injuries or property damage resulting from mishap
Training mishap- any mishap that occurs as a result of curriculum or environment
Site augment plans- fixing a site for high risk training
Special course indicator codes- “A” or “D” in CeTARS
Course unique instructor training (CUIT)- train the trainer on all high risk course issues and safety
Instructor screening process- ESR/MED/PFA screened, CO interview
Evaluation Process- assesses high risk instructor in class and lab or field settings % commisurate with time spent norm
Training Safety Officer- be familiar with TOs, training procedure, safety and emergency procedures facilities and equipment. be knowledgeable. observe high risk trainings frequently. ensure all mishaps investigated. keep CO or OIC informed
