A

Because being in my authentic self helps me to keep my power and stay focused on the issue in the moment, not what happened yesterday or the day before and not focused on what is going to happen 5 minutes from now or tomorrow or next week.
It causes me to “Be Here Now” and allows me to be vulnerable and in touch with my emotions not in my hitman
