3.6.2 Containment Air Locks

A

Two containment air locks shall be Operable

Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4

Notes:
1. Entry/Exit allowed to fix airlock
2. Separate entry allow for each airlock
3. Enter 3.6.1 if leakage exceeds over ctmnt leakage rate.

A. 1 or more ctmnt airlocks with 1 ctmnt airlock door inoperable
A.1 Verify operable door closed - 1 hr

B. 1 or more ctmnt air locks with ctmnt air lock mechanism inoperable
B.1 Verify operable door closed - 1 hr

C 1 or more ctmnt airlocks inoperable for reasons other than cond A or B
C.1 Initiate action to evaluate overall ctmnt leakage - Immediately
and C.2 Verify door is closed - 1 hr

3.6.3 Containment Isolation Valves

A

Each containment isolation valve shall be Operable

Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4

Notes:
1. Pen flow paths can be unisolated intermittedly under admin ctrl
2. Sep cond entry allowed for each flowpath
3. Enter applicable cond and actions for systems made inop by valves
4. Enter 3.6.1 if leakage exceeds acceptance criteria

B. 1 or more penetration flow paths with 2 ctment isolation valves inop
B.1 - Isolate flow path with at least 1 closed & deactivated auto valve, closed man valve, or blind flange - 1 hr

3.6.4 Containment Pressure

A

Containment pressure shall be >/= -1.5 psig and </= 0.3 psig

Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4

A. Cntmnt pressure not within limits
A.1 Restore ctmnt to within limits - 1 hr

Containment average air temp shall be:
a. >/=60F and </=100 for ctmnt upper
b. >/=60F and </=120F for ctmnt lwr

A

The ice condenser inlet doors, intermediate deck doors, and top deck doors shall be Operable and closed.

Notes:
1. Sep cond entry allowed for each door
2. Don’t enter cond if door inop for short time due to surv, minor maint, or walkdown

A. 1 or more door inop due to physical restraint from opening
A.1 Restore inlet door to Op status - 1 hr

A. 1 or more personnel access doors or equip hatches open or inop

A

Ice condenser floor drains, 2 refuel canal drains, 1 drain in each CEQ fan room, flood up overflow wall flow paths shall be operable.

Modes 1, 2, 3, and 4

A. 1 ice cond floor drain inop
B. 1 req refuel can drain inop
C. 1 req CEQ fan room drain inop
D. One floodup overflow wall flow path inop

A.1, B.1, C.1, D.1 - Restor drain to operable - 1 hr
