***Burrata means butter in Italian. Outside is mozzarella and inside is mozzarella and cream

Seasoned with salt and black pepper
Tossed in a buttermilk blue cheese dressing

Freshly cut Romaine Hearts and Grana Padano cheese
Seasoned with salt and black pepper
Tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing and a warm homemade croutons
served in a large bowl
finished with Grana Padano cheese

Tossed with Mambo dressing and Grana Padano cheese
Served in a large bowl
Finished with Grana Padano
***Mambo Dressing-Anchovies, pasteurized egg yolks, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar , Cholula, A-Horse, Pecorino Romano, Grana Padano, Bchz crumbles, wasabi powder, pomace olive oil, salt and black pepper.
