Where does the offence of “Murder” come from

Define “Murder”
The unlawful killing of a reasonable person under the king’s peace with malice aforethought expressed or implied
What is the Actus Reus for “Murder”

There was a positive act ot an omission from a duty to act.

2)Create a second degree for indirect and oblique intention
