Q

What are the key features of quantitative research?

A
  1. Data is measurable -collected through observation, survey or experiment
  2. The aims, objectives and hypotheses are stated prior to data collection
  3. Procedures are standardised
  4. The outcome measures are valid and reliable
  5. The results are presented statistically
  6. Results are aimed at hypothesis testing and establishing causal relationships

Q

How are case-control studies conducted?

A
