Ways to promote discriminatory practice:
A
staff training in antidiscriminatory practice
Have a complaints policy to encourage service users to complain if they are being discriminated against and deal with complaints
Set a good example in practice e.g. don’t stereotype treat people with respect
Use disciplinary procedures when required
