PROM - pain if impingement occurs

X-ray shows upward displacement of humeral head; acromial spurring

45+; insidious onset or after trauma LR, abduction, MR limited MMT: normal when arm by side Arthrography: decreased capsular side ST: none

A
10-35 yo with pain and instability with activity
Full or excessive ROM
Normal MMT
+ Load and shift, apprehension, relocation, augmentation
TTP: anterior or posterior

A
50+; acute or chronic A/PROM limited with pain MMT: myotome may be affected ST: + spurlings, ULTT, shoulder abduction test; sensory (dermatomes) + Reflexes affected TTP Facet/vertebra Xray reveals narrowing osteophytes
