Define Controlled Substance

A

A substance, adulterant or dilutant listed in Schedules I-V or Penalty Groups 1, 1A, or 2-4. It includes the AGGREGATE WEIGHT of any mixture or solution containing the controlled substance (ex: mix powder into soda bottle…weight would be the total weight of soda and powder combined)
