How does blow moulding work
Melt plastic into the hopper.screw pushes plastic into mould let it cool.
How does injection moulding work
Same as blow moulding but crates mould instead of object. Also you leave plastic into tub and allow air in to expand
What is line bending
When you melt plastic over Hester until soft. Bend of rig to for a bend
What is paperfoam
Plastic polymer made up of starch based polymers used for cd and DVDs casing.
What is Lyocell
Made from wood pulp biodegradable in 8 days used for tea bags and coffee filters
Cornstarch polymers
Used for cops with high starch content used for packaging
How does vacuum forming work
Draft angles and holes on the mould to allow that all the corners of plastic fit around the mould. Melt plastic onto mould. Turn vacuum on
