A

Approx 2 nm before FAF gear down flap 20, approx 0.5 nm before top of descent take final flap and begin descent. Once you are 300’ below the level set MAP altitude in the window.

What should you do with the flight directors when you hand over control for the visual segment of a non precision approach?

A

Turn them both off so the landing pilot isn’t still following it. Then turn the monitoring pilots back on so they’re available for a potential GA.
