500 mg tablet, oral
Adult dosage for Acetaminophen
15 mg/kg PO (Max dose 1000 mg)
Peds dosage for Acetaminophen
15 mg/kg PO (Max dose 1000 mg)
Indications for Adenocard
- PSVT
- V-tach/ Wide Complex Tach with a pulse (including WPW)
How is Adenocard supplied
6 mg/ 2 ml vial (3 mg/ml)
Adult dosage for Adenocard
6 - 12 - 12
Peds dosage for Adenocard
1st dose: 0.1 mg/kg (max 6 mg)
2nd dose: 0.2 mg/kg (max 12 mg)
Indications for Albuterol
- Respiratory distress
- Bronchospasm in COPD/ Asthma
How is Albuterol supplied
2.5 mg/ 3 ml vial
Adult dosage for Albuterol
- 2.5 mg nebulized
- Additional doses as needed
- May combine with Atrovent for 1 time dose
Peds dosage for Albuterol
< 1 year: 1.25 mg (1.5 ml) nebulized
> 1 year: 2.5 mg (3 ml) nebulized
Indications for Amiodarone
- V-fib
- Pulseless V-tach
How is Amiodarone supplied
- 150 mg/ 3 ml ampule
- 150 mg/ 3 ml pre-filled syringe
Adult dosage for Amiodarone
1st dose - 300 mg IV/ IO push
2nd dose - 150 mg IV/ IO push
Peds dosage for Amiodarone
- Pulseless arrest: 5 mg/kg slow IV/ IO push
- Tachycardia (probable VT): 5 mg/kg over 20 min (MC order only)

81 mg chewable tablet
Adult dosage for ASA
324 mg PO
Indications for Atropine
- Hemodynamically significant bradycardia
- Organophosphate poisoning
- Nerve agent exposure
How is Atropine supplied
- 1 mg/ 10 ml prefilled syringe
- 2.1 mg DuoDote auto-injector (mixed with 600 mg Pralidoxime Chloride)
Adult dosage for Atropine in bradydysrhythmias
0.5 mg IV bolus q 3-5 min PRN (max dose 3 mg)
Peds dosage for Atropine in bradydysrhythmias
0.02 mg/kg IV/IO (dose range of 0.1 mg - 1 mg)
[May be repeated once]
Adult dosage for Atropine in toxic ingestion/ organophosphate poisoning/ nerve agent exposure
2 mg IV/IM q 5 min (no max dose)
