A

Bleeding Kansas earned its nickname from all the attacks that were caused for the Kansa-Nebraska act. The Jayhawkers and the Bushwhackers would start attacks on each other to influence their voting ways.

The Wakarusa War was one of the first eruptions of violence that took place by the Wakarusa river. After blockades were put on the city by Samuel Jones preparing for an attack that did not come a treaty was made and the missourians signed.
