K+ >7 mmol/L
Acidaemia (pH less than 7,2)
Fluid overload
Uraemia - levels higher than 35 mmol/L (uraemic encepaholopathy, pericarditis, neuropathy, myopathy)
Oliguria ( less than 200ml in 12 hours)
Hyperthermia
Drug OD
