A: Stabilize vertebra during local movements of vertebral column

I: Pass super medially to attach to junction of lamina and TPs of vertebrae above their origin spanning 1-2 segments
N: Segmental PPRs
A: Stabilize vertebra and assist with local extension and rotatory movements of vertebral column; proprioception
