  • HYPERphosphataemia also likely
  • NOT 2* renal hyperparathyroidism as these patients have a NORMAL calcium

  • commonly develop calcium oxalate urolths
  • monitor calcium, USG, renal function
  • management: Diet

  • bisphosphonates (pamidronate, alendronate)
