A

When you’re scared of another person, you’re probably not feeling your bravest. But sometimes just acting brave is a way to stop a bully. Stand tall and tell the bully “don’t mess with me”. It’s easier to feel brave when you feel good about yourself.

A

Nobody’s perfect, but do things that will make you look good, feel your best and you will feel good about yourself and confident. You must also accept that you are a child of God and you are special in your own way.

Q

What does the term get a buddy and be a buddy mean?

A

Two is better than one if your trying to avoid being bullied. Make a plan to walk with a friend or two at break or wherever you think you’ll meet the bully. Offer to do the same if a friend is being bullied. Get involved if you see bullying is going on in your school, tell an adult or stick up for the kid and tell the bully to stop.
