After death.
A
Hypotension requires 500mL normal saline bolus if lungs clear and 2-20mcg/kg/min Dopamine(titrate to SBP of >90)
If definitive airway in place consider sedation/paralysis:
Versed 2.5mg IV/IO, may repeat in 5 minutes
Fentanyl 50-75mcg IV/IO bolus, may repeat 25mcg every 20 min. with a max of 200mcg.
