Why is good customer service important?

A

Customers spend their money on a good business so they expect to be treated correctly by staff and have a nice place to go for and get what they pay for. Also if you have poor customer service customers will leave for another business with your profits that could of been from them.

A

A

A repeat customer is a customer who continually keeps coming back to your business because they enjoy their experience and may go and tell their friends ad family meaning more customers for the business.
