  • Primary glomerulonephritis (80%)
  • Systemic disease (20%) - Diabetes, SLE, Amyloidosis
  • Drugs: Gold, Penicillamine
  • Infections: Bacterial endocarditis, Hepatitis B, Malaria
  • Cancer: Carcinonoma, Lymphoma, Leukaemia, Myeloma
