what are the signs of LHF?

A
  • Tachycardia
  • Fine crepitations
  • Pleural effusion - sometimes the fluid can collect in one place - between the parietal and visceral pleura
  • S3 heart sound
    (Gallop rhythm = S3 + Tachycardia)
