What is Depression?

A

Depression is one of the most common affective disorders, there are 2 types:

Major - an episode of depression that can occur suddenly.

Manic (bipolar) - alternation between two extreme moods, occurring in a regular cycle.

A

Insomnia.

Fidgeting/lethargy.

Feelings of worthlessness/guilt.

Inability to concentrate.

Recurrent thoughts of death.
