A
IV bicarbonate - reduces risk of seizures and arrhythmias
anti-arrhythmic drugs, esp flecainide and amiodarone are contraindicated as they prolong QT interval

Mild-moderate: volume resuscitation with normal saline
Severe: haemodialysis
