Right ventricular PVCs: LBBB-like morphology, not necessarily pathologic

Left ventricular PVCs: RBBB-like morphology, usually pathologic, more likely to precipitate ventricular fibrillation

R-on-T PVC- PVC falls on T-wave of normal beat and can precipitate ventricular fibrillation
