SMOKING. Radon, asbestos, heavy metals, industry, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
COPD, hereditary, female, sarcoidosis, chronic inflammation

A
Limited disease- tumor limited to ipsalateral hemithorax
Extensive disease- beyond original, pleura
(Treatment with chemo and radiation)

Early stages have surgery, chemo, and radiation
Later stages do not receive surgery
