Q

Process of calorimetry

A
Fuel is put in spirit burner
Spirit burner is weighed
A copper container is filled with water
Container clamped above spirit burner
Temperature of water measured
Wick it lit to warm water
At end, spirit burner is weighed again and temperature also measured of water
