As the UK’s population continues to age, there will be a smaller and smaller working population

Most elderly people need increasing levels of care over time. They will then move into sheltered accommodation
What is ‘Sheltered Accomodation’?
Where they will still have their own flat, but there will be more careers on site for specific needs
What are the causes of an ‘Ageing Population’?
Better health care and more advanced medicines which allow people to live longer
