Q

Explain the 4 kinds of people, as proposed by the Parable of the Sower?

A
  1. Those who don’t study/think about the words they have heard. Satan will take away the words, and it will not be fruitful.
  2. Those who accept with pleasure on hearing, but it won’t be fruitful because the words will be destroyed in the force of worldly stress or strain.
  3. Those who accept the words happily, but the words will turn out useless when they are concerned with the worries of the world/desire for wealth
  4. Those who listen, understand, and live it. They will be fruitful.

What do the two parables (Wheat/Weed, Good/Bad Fish) say about the Church and the Final Judgement?

A

They show the state of the Church in this world.
They say that at Jesus’s second coming, those who were faithful will be gathered together in glory. These people are the true believers. Note that not all who attend church are true believers.
