What findings on clinical exam can facilitate the diagnosis of endometriosis

A
  • Speculum: spots in vagina and posterior fornix
  • VE: nodules in POD and uterosacral ligaments
  • PR: infiltration in sigmoid colon and adnexal masses
  • Better to examine during menstration
  • It should still be suspected if the clinical examination is normal
