Q

What are the steps of indirect ELISA?

A
  • surface covered with antigens
  • block free sites with aspecific proteins
  • incubate with serum containing antibodies
  • incubate with secondary, marked antibodies specific to primary antibodies
  • add substrate
  • colour reaction means POSITIVE reaction
