What is an MTFA Incident?
A
A terrorist attack to inflict a large number of casualties. A single terrorist or group could use a combination of firearms and explosives in potentially multiple locations. May also include hostage taking.

A
Where the attackers are known/believed to be present. Life threat

Define WARM zone
A
Where the attackers are believed to have passed through or could return. Possible life risk/cannot guarantee safety.

Define COLD zone
A
Where a JAR has been conducted and the area is confirmed as being completely clear of active terrorists. No immediate risk to life.
