Usually used with atropine to block excessive muscarinic responses.

You will use nitrites.
Think inhaled amyl nitrite and intravenous sodium nitrite or sodium thiosulfate.
What is the use of the drug DMSA (Succimer)?
This is used for lead poisoning.
Remember that it is a very long term treatment, and that it is difficult to adhere to.
What is the use of the drug fomepizole?
Fomepizole blocks alcohol dehydrogenase and is considered the drug of choice for antidotal therapy for ethylene glycol or methanol toxicity.

these are both for the reversal of opioids.
