Loosely wrap any protruding abdominal contents with a sterile dressing moistened with NS and cover entirety with an occlusive dressing

A

Consider intubation, OG tube, cardiac monitor, two large bore IVs and titrate to systolic BP of 90 to 100. Obtain and interpret 12 lead. Consider Fentanyl, ondansetron. Reassess vitals every 5 minutes.
