  • 1947 Kinsey founds the “Institute for Sex Research” (today called Kinsey Institute) at Indiana University.
  • 1948 Kinsey and his collaborators Wardell B.Pomeroy and Clyde E.Martin publish their first great study “Sexual Behavior in the Human Male”.
  • 1953 Alfred C. Kinsey and his collaborators Wardell B.Pomeroy, Clyde E.Martin, and Paul H.Gebhard publish “Sexual Behavior in the Human Female”.
