Why is it un fair to think of elderly people like that?
Because they are not all like that
Why do some people think young people are like that
Because of stories they heard, because of previous experiences, because that is what other people have told them or believe and they have different values to youngsters in the past
What is an example of homophobia
In 1999 David Copeland nail bombed a London pub knowing that many of the customers were gay the bomb killed three people and others lost arms and legs he was given a life sentence and told he must serve at least 50 years before being able to apply for patrol
What impact could homophobia have on people
Too scared to come out and have a relationship with someone
Bullying
Not understanding being gay is ok and leading them to have homophobic opinions through lack of understanding
People may start to believe that being gay is a choice
