VSI: no effect
ASI: needle will stop moving as long as the same pressure altitude is maintained. In a climb, as static pressure decreases, ASI will read high because ram air pressure is the same. Vice Versa for descent.

Question 2

Static Port blocked

Altimeter: freezes
VSI: at first, nothing. Will slowly equalize and read zero.
ASI: no change as long as same pressure altitude maintained. In a descent (lower altitude, higher pressure), a higher airspeed will be indicated. In a climb (higher altitude, lower pressure), a slower airspeed will be indicated.

Question 3

Pitot Tube and Static Port blocked

Altimeter: freezes
VSI: equalizes to zero
ASI: freezes
