Courts. It is less clearly identified; must be researched.

What is a policy? (according to wikipedia)
A policy is typically described as a principle or rule to guide decisions and achieve rational outcomes.
A high-level overall plan embracing the general goals and acceptable procedures especially of a governmental body.
What are two types of policy?
Subjective eg. work-life balance policy
Objective eg. password policy
What is public policy?
The principled guide to action taken by the administrative or executive branches of the state with regard to a class of issues in a manner consistent with law and institutional outcomes.
What is health policy?
The “decisions, plans, and actions that are undertaken to achieve specific health care goals within a society.” (WHO)
