A

Gastric ulcers, gastric discomfort

Chronic sputum prod may alter desire for food (they are swallowing it)

Full stomach = SOB, diaphragm is pressing down on stomach in hyperinflation

SOB = harder to make meals

if muscle is wasted away diaphragm is lost as well and makes breathing harder
