Flex wrists approx 90 deg for 60 sec causes tingling, numbness, pain in fingers. Lateral 3.5 digits.
-tinnel test-
Percuss distal wrist crease over median N causes parasthesia.
-hand elevat-
For 2 mins provoke symps
-flick sign-
Flicking of wrist and hand relieves symps
-square wrist sign
