The formula for speed is distance/time

Friction is a force between two surfaces that are sliding, or trying to slide across each other
Newtons 1st law
An object wi stay in rest until an outside force acts on it, this is called inertia
Newtons 2nd law
When two forces of an object is balanced, the object does not move. When forces are unbalanced they move
Newtons 3rd law
For every action is an equal or opposite reaction
