- T-helper, T-Killer T-Memory cells

- T- cells have different shaped receptors
- Complimentary receptor binds to antigen on APC macrophage.
- T-cell activated
- activated T-cell divides producing clones of itself

To release substances to activate B cells T killer cells and macrophages

To attach to antigens on pathogen-infected cells and destroy them
