A
A line graph with time on the horizontal axis, in equal intervals. Used to look for variation over time in seasonal/monthly/yearly data.

Seasonal Variation
A
The distance between the time series and the trend line. (Positive or negative values are important)

Trend line
A
A line of best fit through the moving averages rising/falling/level

Moving average
A
Average calculated over a selection of values that moves along, e.g. Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 then Q2, Q3, Q4, Q1.
They smooth out the seasonal variation.
