5. sarcoidosis: increased ACE and Calcium; hilar lymphadenopathy; schaumann bodies (laminated dystrophic calcification); asteroid bodies (stellate giant-cell cytoplasmic inclusions, look like stars)
   * ACE = serum angiotensin converting enzyme. Synthesized by endothelial cells and macrophages.
