Define and explain the term ‘Leisure’
Free time which the individual can choose what to do. Two aspects of leisure:
1. time spent actively (classed as physical recreation)
2. time spent passively (sedentary activity)

- Winning is not important = taking part is the main motive
- Self regulated and officiated (no ref, own rules)
